Trinity Air Ambulance International always has the best interests of our clients at heart.  Unexpected medical care while traveling can incur a huge financial burden to anyone.  When this occurs, the patient and family will quickly come across new terms, such as ‘out of network’ and ‘out of pocket,’ as well as the fact that some health insurance plans do not cover any ‘out of country’ medical expenses.

Trinity has long-standing relationships with many health care facilities in the U.S. and Internationally.  Together we will work to minimize our clients out of pocket expenses.

Claim Processing

• Audits are completed within an average of 10 days from the date the bill is received.

Our extensive medical experience allows us to audit all billing in detail to ensure:

• There are no duplicate charges.
• Charges are appropriate to the patient’s diagnosis.
• Unbundling – a precise breakdown of grouped charges.

• The Case Management Team continually reviews all treatment plans and billing to ensure the accuracy of all charges, reviewing invoices to determine unwarranted treatment and billing, therefore, recovering monies from overcharges.
