Flight Staffing:

All medical transports are conducted and supervised by the owner of the company, a Nurse Practitioner, in conjunction with the Medical Doctor. Each patient's medical needs are unique and as such the medical team required is chosen accordingly. Trinity Air Ambulance's medical staff include: Physicians, ICU, ER and CCU Nurses, Critical Care Paramedics, Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Coordination between the discharging and receiving facilities is ongoing throughout each transport. A final updated medical report is taken by Trinity Air Ambulance prior to each lift off to ensure any changes to the patient needs are accommodated.

Medical Staffing Credentials:

Each staff member is selected based on education, experience, certification and professionalism. State licensing and staff continuing education is maintained for each staff member. All medical team members must actively practice in the health care field, maintain current state and national licensures and possess current ACLS and Air Medical Crew (Flight Physiology) certification. Other certifications and instruction privileges achieved by staff members include: PALS, NALS, TNCC and ATLS. Current and prior hospital experience include: ER, ICU, CCU, Pediatric, Cardiac, Respiratory, Trauma and Labor/Delivery units.
